Town House Hotel - Grand Forks, Grand Forks

My stay at this hotel had both pros and cons. The staff were friendly and the dining experience at Muddy Waters was a highlight with good food options. However, the rooms left much to be desired, as they were outdated and in need of a deep clean. While the price was reasonable, the overall quality did not meet my expectations.

I had a really frustrating experience at this hotel during a recent wedding trip. Despite confirming our reservation earlier in the day, there was a significant mess when we arrived at night, culminating in having to find another place to stay. The lack of cleanliness in the rooms only added to the disappointment. The staff was not helpful, and it felt chaotic throughout our visit. On a positive note, some amenities were available, but it didn't make up for the major issues we faced.

Our family reunion at this hotel was disappointing, to say the least. The rooms were in poor condition with unpleasant odors and lack of cleanliness. We faced significant issues with service, including long wait times and inadequate responses from the staff. Although the pool area looked inviting, it didn’t make up for the overall unsatisfactory experience we had during our stay. The location is decent, but I would not recommend it given the state of the facilities and service.
